Attn: all WEBTV users The FAMILYSEARCH files are being upgraded with a browser requirement. This, in effect, precludes WEBTV users form accessing their files. There is a 1-800-346-6044 number to call Salt Lake and tell them you are a WEBTV user. I spoke to a public relations person this morning and she took my name, e-mail add, and phone no and said someone would get back to me. You can also send a message to WEBTV by accessing the HELP from your HOME menu and finding your way topics SURFING the WEB. The screen will show e-mail on bottom. Access that and prepare your e-mail message. You will get an immediate interim response telling you that you will receive a formal reply within 24 hour. If WEBTV users complain enough, maybe WEBTV will upgrade the browser to be compatible with FAMILYSEARCH.COM, or .NET, or whatever the filename is. Start your messages to both sites. Diana
