The few times I tried access through file://www. I got timed out in 15 minutes. Not long when you don't know where you're going. So frustrating that I go to a Mormon stake FHC within easy driving of my home. More often than not the missionary/volunteers are very helpful, and it's a pleasant, useful experience.
