As far as I know there is no interlibrary loan the Mercury which is the paper is at the Pottstown Library some are on film and the rest is in the basement which you have to make an appointment and if they do a lookup it 25.00. I have had it done. I know they are in the process of microfilming all the papers in the basement/ O how I wish they had a library loan. You might be able to get someone in the area to do a lookup.
