Betty, This cemetery is between Hanover and Charlotte Streets. That's more North End than East End to me. Is that what it's offically called? You might also want to have a look at the Past Masters Gallery at Stichter Lodge. There are quite a few Civil War veteran's pictures there. Andrew Tippin was a member Stichter as was John R.
