Can anyone lend me their expertise? I have a reference to a delayed birth and death record for a George W. Jones. If I'm lucky, this could be mine. The birth was recorded in Berks County, however, and I know my George was born Montgomery. Has anyone used delayed registration vital records and do they record much info? We're talking about the mid-1800's. thanks--connie
