IS "ISABELLA" a MCDOWELL? 1820 - Federal Census, Montgomery Co., p. 158 (on same page as Jacob, Nicholas, & William). ENGHART, Peter 000001-00001 At 21 or older in 1776,Peter is thought to have been born by 1755. He is married to "Isabella" per deeds.
