Hi, I have been going through will abstracts in Montgomery Co. available online. We know that Montgomery Co. was cut off from Phila county, but what year was that exactly? Also, the wills for MGM county are pretty well indexed http://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/pa/montgomery/wills/ but there doesn't seem to be an index file for Phila Co: http://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/pa/philadelphia/wills/ Has anyone had better luck?
