My father was Karl DeHaven. He passed away in Bucks County, PA. I have received emails from Cookie and am getting confused with all the data. Perhaps you could assist me? Do you already have a family tree document? If so can I get a copy? I have no idea how to start this process so I can pass on to my children and grand-children. Who was Oscar Pugh? When was he born and when did he pass? What did he do for living? My grandmother, Bertha had a son Donald Smith. Do you show him in your records? What is my nationality? I was always told German? I only remember my grandfather being Harvey DeHaven. Do you have an info on him? I know he had a large family but can find nothing on him either. I heard many things about him. I was told he came from Germany to avoid prosecution during the Holocaust time. I was also told his name was von dahaven and changed his name to DeHaven when he came to America. Would Mark be my half-cousin since he was from Oscar Pugh's second marriage? This is like finding out you were adopted and now finding family. I am no longer a DeHaven but a Pugh and I know nothing about the Pugh family except what you have provided and what Cookie is going to share. She also said she had a picture of parents when they were young. I can't wait to see that. I have so many questions but I don't want to overload you. You may also hear from my brother, David DeHaven.
