His name was Thomas Bond who owned the house around 1900. We visited this house in about the 1980's and at that time it was owned by a Mrs. Miller and her grandson Robert Mentzell, a school teacher from Allentown who stated that their family owned the house for about 20 years. Just trying to determine the exact location because my memory isn't what it use to be. The original portion of the house is brick with a number of wooden additions. (The wooden portion was yellow when we were there.) It had a circle driveway with about 5 steps up to a patio entrance in front of the porch.
