Is there someone who has access to obituaries from 1897?  I am looking for the obit of Barbara Serfass Moyer who died 28 Nov 1897.  She lived in Polk Twp, but may have died in Tunkhannock Twp. Might her death certificate be available at the Monroe Co Courthouse? Thanks for any help. Maryann
