pa. laws stoffel vansand, late of middletown, left a will date 24 june 1749. in which he gave 50 acres of land to his dau. sina, but if she died without issue, the land was be sold and the money divided between his dau. elizabeth's children and daus. rachel and olshe. sina died without issue. exrs, john vansand and lewis rue are deceased. olshe is deceased leaving 2 minor children. elisabeth is also deceased, leaving several children. the land is vested in william rodman, esq., john brown, esq., and gabriel van horn, in trust. rachel rue is the widow of lewis.
