Hi, I am trying to confirm information on Maryann WERKHEISER born Jan. 5, 1815 and died 1889 and interred possibly at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Hamilton Twp. in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. My family tree has the above individual marrying Jacob PENSYL (1807-1882) as his second wife and bearing nine children: Sallyanne, Maryanne, Edward, Jacob, Theodore, Franklin, Linford, Manda and Harvey (Harry). However, in searching the internet lately, this individual seems to have married a Jacob UHLER not Jacob Pensyl. We may have the wrong Maryanne listed in our family tree or Jacob PENSYL/PENSEL/PENCEL/PENCIL may have been her second husband. Can anyone shed light on this?
