He stated that his brother, John Woolaver married Catharine McNoughton on 14 Jan 1781 at Palatine, Madison County, NY and he stated his brother, John, was born 13 Sept 1760 ad died 13 Aug 1839 while living in Lenox in 1840. One Lawrence '"Gros" made aff'dt April, 1840 and stated his uncle Rev. John Daniel Gros died 25 May 1812 and he had lived in Minden, NY during the Rev, (It appears that Rev, Gros, had married soldier and wife). Nicholas Wolever the 5th child was aged 47 in 1847 and living at Manheim, NY. Soldier's brother, John was a resident of Lenox.
