Jacob Frey Rev. War "Eckart", John or John "Eckart", wife Elizabeth, W2926, soldier applied 21 May 1818 Northampton County, PA, aged 64 or 65, a resident of Williams Township. Soldier enlisted 1st at Easton, PA and later enlisted at Ticonderoga, NY, in 1820 he was about 87? with a wife aged about 60 and 8 living children; 3 boys and 5 girls and the youngest child was aged about 14. Widow applied 5 Aug 1843 in Northampton County, PA., aged 76 and upwards. Soldier and widow had married in the fall of 1785 and she referred to soldier to John Eckhart the 2nd. Soldier died 18 May 1843 in Williams Township and widow stated she had 3 sons, and 6 daughters by soldier with the oldest being John who was deceased in 1843, but if living would have been 47, they following children survived widow on 14 May 1855 towit; Elizabeth Branden, Susanna Young, Margaret Stoneback, Catharine Deemer, and Abraham Eckert. Frey, Philip or Philip Fry, wife Anna Margaretta, soldier applied 7 Sept 1819, Northampton County aged 64, a resident of Saucon township. Soldier enlisted in Moore township in Northampton, soldier reapplied 26 Nov 1830 in the same Co., and stated he was 73 wife a wife aged 69. Soldier died 19 Aug 1836. Widow applied 31 Aug 1836 a resident of Saucon township aged 76. Soldier and widow married in 1781 and Conrad Frey and Christian Roth were at their wedding and both were deceased in 1838 Fry, Conrad, wife Elizabeth, PA, applied in Northampton County 1818 aged 63, a resident of Lower Nazareth township, in 1820 was living in Allen township. (This was the Conrad who married Elizabeth Felker) Soldier moved to Mercer township. Widow was living in Hickory township, same county and stated she was aged 85, soldier and wife had 11 children living, of which 9 were boys. Children; George, brn 1782, David, born about 1794 and in 1843 he was living in Mercer County where the only children named, in 1843 a Frederick Fry was of the same county but no relationship to soldier was stated. Fry, Jacob, soldier enlisted in Lehigh township, Northampton County. applied 1818 Northampton County, a resident of Moore townshiip, in 1820 soldier had a wife aged 59 and 11 children towit 7 boys and 4 girls, the youngest was a girl aged 17 and the 3 youngest (2 boys and a girl) were living at home and the rest were all married.
