Having jumped in on this note a little late, I am wondering if this is the same Henry Kintz that you all are interested in: Henry Kintz, b. 24 June 1812, bp. 20 Sep 1812. He married Mary Edinger 12 Feb 1843. I believe he had a son, Steward. Not sure if there were any more children or not. Henry Kintz was the son of Melchior Kintz and Christina Fliet. There is some tie to the Altemose family through Anthony Kintz, Henry's grandfather, but I am not sure what that connection is.
