Father, Reuben Moyer, was born in N. Whitehall, married in S. Whitehall in 1832. He died Jan 28, 1908, aged 76. He married Lovina Reinert, d/o Amos Reinert. (Grandfather, Amos Reinert married Susan Gilbert, d/o Adam. Children; Amandus, Edwin, Hiram, Lovina, Susan, Ellen and 7 died young. He died in 1876 aged 66, she died in 1884 aged 70. The father of Amos was Peter Reinert). Calvin H. Moyer, of Lowhill, was born March 27, 1857. He married in 1879 to Sarah L. Bear, d/o Phaon Bear. Moyer, Nicholas, great-grandfather, Daniel Moyer grandfather of Weisenberg, died in 1849 and was buried at Ziegel Church. He was married to Magdalena Acker. He married 2nd to Helena Fritz, d/o Nathan of Weisenberg, and they had 9 children, John who married Amanda Gehringer, Laura married Albert Kerschner, Mary married Preston Eisenhart, Daniel married Mary Walbert Alice died as an infant, and Cora married Chester Smith. Helena Fritz' father was Nathan Fritz, he was the father of 6 children; Helena, Matilda married 1st to Daniel Hoffman, 2nd to John Garret, Harry married Sabina Fink, Amanda who married Jacob Warner, Edwin and Alice died young.
