Jane, I am also researching the Dotter surname in Monroe & Northampton counties. I have 7 condrad Dotterers born between 1712 and 1793. If you could give me more to identify the conrad you are seeking I might be able to help you. also have you used any of the family history centers operated by the mormon church. I used microfilm at the center near me it was a set of 6 reel and covered 28 churches and cemeteries in Northampton County area microfilmed from records in the Marks room of the Easton Public Library. I know there were records from chestnut hill twp but there is also a chestnut hill cemetery in Easton which is not in Chestnut hill twp so it can get confusing. Let me know if you think I might be of some help.
