Mennonite graveyard, buried Conrad Meyer, born 1746 and died 1803; Henrich, born 1751 and died 1842; Abraham, born 1768 and died 1824; and their wives. Henrich Meyer left 3 sons, William, Henry and Jacob, and three daughters. William Meyer, son of Henrich was born Aug. 25, 1782. He married Susanna Schantz, born Nov. 26, 1784, died Jan. 24, 1844 in her 60th year. Among their children, Peter S., and Mrs. Schelly. Peter S. son of Wm., was born Sept. 25, 1810, member of the Mennonite church. He married Rebecca Gehman, she was born Feb. 9, 1815 and died June 28, 1899. They had 4 children, two died in childhood. Susanna married William Schelly of Spinnersville, and Wm. G. Meyer, who was born Dec. 17, 1844, he died Jan. 10, 1910. He married Amanda Schantz, d/o William. She was born Feb. 26, 1846 and she died Feb. 11, 1901. Children; Amelia died as a child, Frank P., Susanna married Herny Diehl, Rebecca married Victor Backenstoe, of Allentown, Albert and Victor. Frank P. Moyer, a butcher of Allentwon, was born at Zionsvile, Sept. 17, 1868. He marrid May 2, 1894 to Mary Eisenhard, d/o Alfred and Maria (Schmoyer). Children; Russell W., and Arby E., who died at age 6. Moyer Great-grandfather, John of Hanover township Grand-father, William of Hanover township Father, Charles P. died at age 36. Married Ansoneth Jacoby, d/o William of Bethlehem, and they had 4 children; Sydney T., William, who died as a baby, John, Lulu who married William Freed. Sydney T. hotel-keeper of East Allentown, was born Sept. 10, 1871, at Rittersville, Lehigh county. He married Ella Flickinger, d/o David and Susanna of Allentown/ Member of the Lutheran church of Rittersville. Moyer Daniel, born of PA. parentage, was a native of Tiffin, Ohio. It is know he had 6 children, but only the names of the following could be recalled, William, came East, and he settled in Hereford township, Berks County and he died there, Daniel, Samuel, and a daughter who married George Weidenhammer. Daniel, the 2nd son of Daniel (above) married Sarah Kurtz, d/o Jacob, and she was buried at the Blue Church at Coopersburg. Children; Charles, Jacob, Herny, Israel, Sarah, who married William Ritter, of Hoffman's PA., and Catharine, who married Israel Kern of Slatington. Daniel, the 4th son of the 2nd Daniel, was born at Kutztown, Berks County, March 29, 1834. He married twice, first to Eliza Kistler, d/o John and Susan (Jacob) Kistler, born May 14, 1839 and died Feb. 13, 1864. Children, Aaron, Jalleson, DO of Lynn township, Josephine who married Henry Kunkel of New Tripoli. His second wife was Lucetta Zellner, d/o Danile and they also had 3 children, William of New Tripoli, Rosa who married to Thomas Beltz of Reading, and Lewis died young. She was born April6, 1843 and died Oct. 19, 1909. He died Dec. 6, 1911. Aaron A. born July 9, 1857, he married Dec. 19, 1886 to Polly M. Kerschner, d/o Daniel and Lydia (Weaver), they adopted Charles D. Sittler. Jallesen Daniel Oscar Moyer, born May 14, 1859, he married Sept. 1883 to Ida J. Reitz, d/o David and Sarah (Schitz). Children; Flora L., married Samuel T. Weidlich, Edgar, Herden D. Moyer Grandparents; Moses and Leah, buried in the Jordan Reformed Church near Guthsville. Father, Horatio, lived in Egypt. He married Amanda ____, children; George S., Wilbert, who married Lillie Buchman, and two who died George S. married in 1899 to Florence Kline, d/o David and Maria (Seip) and they had 6 children, Miriam, Paul, Ernest, Adelina, Clair, and Florence.
