Hello Fellow Listers: The Perry Historians will be hosting their 2nd quarterly special presentation, this time by Ms. Jean Tuzinski, on Wednesday evening, September 24, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Harry Lenig Library (home of The Perry Historians). She will present a slide show highlighting the Perry and Juniata Counties' portion of the Juniata Division of the Main Line Canal within the context of local, state and national history. Ms. Tuzinski has been collecting pictures and information on the canal system within the two counties and has created an informational journey for the audience. If you are interested in the local canal system and want to know more about it, then this might be a very interesting and informative presentation for you! Discussion and questions will be welcomed.
