My deceased husband was the grandson of Hilda Van Flymen(Bear). Hilda lived in Chicago and was the daughter of Bernhard and Fannie Bear. Her brothers were Arthur Bear and Alvin Bear. Her sisters were Minnie Bear and Corinne Bear. Fannie was a Loeb and was born in South Carolina. Bernhard was born in Germany. Hilda was born in Ohio. I am in possession of an extensive collection of "Bear" photogrphs that Hilda had. Unfortunatly the majority have no identification of the people in them. I find this sad, and am on a quest to correspond with anyone who has connections to the family. Please email me for additional information.
