    1. [PAMIFFLI] An OOPS! on the Military Records inquiry
    2. Sorry, friends! Especially Ann who so kindly tried to find a reference in the Civil War records. I forgot to specify that it was the Revolutionary War that I was looking at. I searched on Brice COLLINS and was referred to records for that time period. But there didn't seem to be a way to locate the actual reference. And all I found by widely ranging spot searches was a reference to a John COLLINS (which happened to be Brice's father's name). Are the records not fully indexed? Do they refer only to surname? How would I find a specific battalion? Would appreciate any advice. Lorraine lorraineq@juno.com

I have contacted them online and they have sent me information in a reply online. Unfortunately it was no help, but they did respond. I have forgotten the URL but google should give it to you. Bill
