They say they have been married 6 years, but this is wrong as we find in the 1910 census. She has had 2 children, both surviving (one from a previous marriage and one with Thomas) Thomas, March 1845, born New York and parents born in Ireland Mary A.E., bonr July 1873 in Pa Walter C, born Oct 1881 in Pa Admiral S(Sylvester), born 12 June 1884/85 (record in WW I draft reg) Moris (Maurice) R., born Jun 1899 (son of Thomas and Mary) Hanos (?), Albert B., stepson, born April 1896 (son of Mary and her first husband) 1910 Derry, Mifflin census Thomas, married 3 times Mary, married 2 times, married 13 years (abt 1897 which makes sense given Albert's birthyear) and has had 4 children, 3 still surviving. The child born between 1900 and 1910 who survived (one obviously was born and died) was named Thomas also. So, Thomas Farrell was married 3 times, 1st or 2nd wife being Elizabeth (born abt 1850 in Pa) and had Zelda and probably Walter and Admiral with her. No children appear to have been born between 1885 and Morris/Maurice's birth in 1899. Last wife, whom he married abt 1897 was (presumably a widow) Mary A. E. (born July 1873 in Pa). the name of the unknown wife of his 3 wives is unknown. His parents "could" be James and Margaret (in 1860 Plymouth, Luzerne Pa census) but once back into the 1850 New Yrk censuses, there are a couple of families whose Farrel(l) parents were born in Ireland and who have a son named Thomas, born mid 1840's. Hope this helps, Sue Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
