Good Day. Does anyone know rather......... If someone was adopted between 1915 - 1920 era rather their records can be found in Mifflin County and, where? They were here on the 1910 census.....Mother remarried...father did not want the two children....neither did the new husband..........(sad huh ).....now, would it be possible for me to find these two children's records? By now, both children have passed away....they were both born in the very early 1900's......... Any suggestions...........Anyone at all ? If I sent for their bith certificates....could I use the given original names at birth ? I want proof of .... These two I know were adopted by a family of Seiferts/Sieferts/Siberts ............
