Historical Society Bus Trip to Washington, DC Hi Folks: Just wanted to let you know that the Juniata Co. Historical Society is once again taking a bus to Washington DC on Thursday, October 14. The cost is $27.00 per person and the money is needed by Oct. 22nd. This is for the bus transportation only and does not include meal. Pick-ups will be at Stop 35 in Mifflintown, Juniata Co. and Boscov's Mall in Camp Hill, Cumberland Co. [7:00 a.m.] and other stops at the descretion of the Society. Should get to Washington at around 10:00 a.m.. With drop-offs at D.A.R. and the Archives. Pick-ups usually at around 4:30 p.m.. Evening meal [approx. 6:30 p.m.] will be at the Mountain Gate Family Restaurant in Thurmont, Maryland - this will be at your cost - usually around $12.00 for all you can eat food bar. GOOD Eatin'!!!
