Not sure if this would be any relationship to your Thomas Howard or not? The Carlisle Gazette - dated: March 7, 1787 Notice is given not to take assignment of bonds given to heirs and executors of Joseph HOWARD, decd, in consequence of a bargain made between us, for tract once the property of aforesaid Joseph Howard, in Wayne twp., Cumberland Co. - John MEVEY, Wayne twp.
