Assuming he died between 1820-1830, what are the chances of a will or any documentation being located for him in Mifflin Co? Jacob Everich is listed on the 1830-1840-1850 census for Lewistown. In 1860, he is listed in Philadelphia. By 1870-1880 he and his family had migrated to Ohio. Any suggestions/help will be greatly appreciated. 3. Pat, I have a copy of the abstracts of wills for Mifflin Co. 1789-1860. Your name is not listed. I have found land records in the court house are really helpful. I have an ancestor who died in 1832 and the land records reference his will of 1830, but we have never found a will. Sometimes they did not register them.
