Young (jimmy) was my father. He recently passed away and left behind 7 children and 15 grand children. His wife Brenda survives, as do all children and grandchildren. His sister Delores married a Hartley, who recently passed. His sister Jacqueline married a Herto. They are the only two surviving siblings in his family.I am interested in finding out more information on my grandmother, as she passed directly after I was born.What about this unknown child?

Who did your grandmother marry, presumably a Mr. Young, but what was his first name? Also roughly what year did she die and at about what age? If we can locate her in a census (only up to 1930), then maybe we can follow her back to her parents.

Margaret M. Yetter was born March 27, 1901 to William E Yeater (note spelling of last name) and Rose M. Dalby. She was one of five children. In 1916 at the age of 15 she had a son, at the age of 17 she had another son. She then married a THACHER had four children, not sure if they divorced or he died. After July 1929 she married a Joseph L. Young. Son of Joseph Irvin Young and Anna Margaret Vaughn. There is also a family rumor of another son with the last name of BUCHANAN. Yeatter, grandson, age 2 years and 8 months __________________ 1930 Lewistown census Joseph L. Young, born about 1909 (Joseph says he was married at age 20, so presumably in 1929. Margaret M. Young, wife Thatcher, Harry W., 6, stepson Rettie (?), 4 years, 7 months, stepdaughter Mildred, 2 years, 10 months, stepdaughter Dolores, 9 months, stepdaughter _____________________ 1880 Tuscarora, Juniata county, Pa census William Dolby, born about 1821 in England Susie, born about 1839 in Pa Many children, one of whom is Rosie M.
