I looked up Samuel Hughes in the census to determine his family names. There are only 2 cemeteries in that town and neither has your Samuel, or family. I checked all Mifflin County cemeteries and did not find him, or any of his family, anywhere. Since Newton Hamilton, Mifflin County is just across the river from Mount Union, Shirley Twp, Huntingdon County I would suggest you might want to post this query on the Huntingdon County rootsweb board. It is where I would look if it were my search. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. *E*
