How does one found out the title of the Rootsweb Message Board from which these messages are "gatewayed" to the Rootsweb Mailing Lists? It could be any number of titles, like Mifflin, or any of the various surnames mentioned. Who is this "Joseph"? I'd like to read up a bit on the previous messages on this message board thread. I'm interested in Barbara Stutzman. Elida, Every message board posting that is forwarded to a RootsWeb ListServ provides the URL to get you to the original board posting. Scroll down this message to "Message Board URL" and click on the highlighted URL. This will take you to the message board posting that was forwarded to the PAMifflin ListServ. On that message board click on the highlighted link next to "author" to learn the E-mail address of the author. It will be given next to the author's name in large, grey font to prevent address harvesting. Or, you can click on the "Previous" link at top right of a message board posting to read the preceding message posted on the message board. There again you can learn the name of the preceding author. Click on the highlighted link next to that author's name to get to the page where you can learn the E-mail address for the preceding author. Nelson R.
