There are no Wincket/Winkets or anything remotely close to that name in the Mifflin county section. Just the one instance of the name Neely and that is Robert Neely, mentioned on page 573. It is in the Armagh twp section, in a paragraph describing the location of the old distilleries of the township, one of which belonged to Robert Neely, who had a "stone still-house, on the present (1886) farm of Brown McNitt".
