Looking for historical info for the Searer schoolhouse in Decatur Township. Anything about it and who now owns it?

William Arters/Arthur born 1770 PA. died 1832 Webster Co.,VA.(now WV.)has a new DNA match.We are tracing his line back to PA. & not to those Arthur's in VA. He was my 2xgreat-grandfather. But I was just in Salt Lake this past Monday and spent a day at the Family History Library researching some of my lines. If I see anything in my notes about your John Beatty, I'll let you know.
