    2. Mona Anderson
    3. I just wanted to say "Happy Holidays" to everyone on this board and "Thank You" to everyone and anyone who helped me this year in my research. You may not know what you've done but I do. I may have gotten a website from you that you sent to someone else; I may have asked a "stupid" question and you were patient enough to answer; I may have asked for an obit or some other tidbit and you sent a jpeg copy or even more than I asked for. Whatever it was, again, THANK YOU. Happy Hunting and I hope we all find more than we're looking for next year. --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!? Take Yahoo! Mail with you! Harriet married John Lyons, son of James Levi Lyons, and he was listed as black though he "passed for white" around 1918. Thanks for any help you can give on this. Rose Mary

Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/AcB.2ACE/1549.1.1 Message Board Post: Thanks Mary: I believe the clue to this mystery is that Juniata Co. wasn't created until 1831 from Mifflin and so the census records and the early information can be listed in Mifflin even though they probably did not physically move. So, I believe that Samuel Horning was married to Jane Wright. They were still living in Juniata County in the 1860 census. At least, this is what I am going on at this point.
