They start with Hugh McConnell who settled in Crawford Co around 1820 with his sons James, Thomas, Hugh and George. James, Thomas and Hugh settled in Mercer Co. in the early 1830s. I am descended from Thomas and his son, Henry, who married Julia Ann BRUCE.
