Born on 4 Mar 1871 in Sharon, Mercer Co., PA, USA.2 Maude died in Phoenix, AZ, Maricopa Co., USA on 13 Jun 1957; she was 86.2 Buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Mercer Co., PA, USA.2 On 2 Nov 1897 when Maude was 26, she married James C. [Jim] LANGLEY, son of James S. LANGLEY & Jane UPPINGTON, in Sharon, Mercer Co., PA, USA. Born on 2 Jun 1866 in Tredegar, Monmouthshire, Wales.2 James C. [Jim] died in Sharon, Mercer Co., PA, USA on 4 Mar 1942; he was 75.2 They had 7 children. 6. Vera LUCE. Born in 1878. Vera died in 1911; she was 33. Buried in 1911 in Oakwood Cemetery, Sharon, Mercer Co., PA, USA. Vera married Evan A. JONES. Born in May 1872. They had 2 children. 7. Grace LUCE. Born on 23 Dec 1882. Grace died on 16 Apr 1966; she was 83. Buried in 1966 in Oakwood Cemetery, Sharon, Mercer Co., PA, USA. Grace married Edward J. LEWIS Sr.. Born on 20 Nov 1877. John & Amanda and their son Josiah and his wife Margaret resided in Mercer Co. (Fisher Hill district, Sharon area); however, in 1870 Venango Co. census, John and Josiah are listed as living with Wilson and Nettie BOLE and give occupation as oil field laborers. Are these relatives of Amanda Bole Luce? Is Amanda listed by herself in the Mercer Co. census for this year?
