Well, I'm still on the list but haven't had much luck with previous postings so gave it up for awhile. But since someone brought it up... I am looking for information on the family of John Thomas YOUNG (b. 1804) and his wife Nancy Jane ALLISON. They lived in Clarksville and had nine children. The entire family moved to Jo Daviess County, Illinois around 1854. John Thomas was the son of Matthew YOUNG and Elizabeth Bail(?). They moved to Mercer from Washington County via way of Allegheny. Nancy Jane was the daughter of Mary W. KOONTZ and Gaius ALLISON. I have quite a bit of information to share and am looking for other descendants of these people to compare notes with. janet young berkson
