My grandfather wrote a brief family history in which he said his grandmother's name was Elizabeth Winger and her mother had been a Moon. That's all I have to go on. I am looking for a marriage between a man named Winger and a woman named Moon in the late 1700's. Their daughter Elizabeth was born in 1794 in PA - probably in Westmoreland county but that is unproven. She married John Heasley and they moved to Leesburg (Blacktown) Mercer county after 1821.
