I am searching for information re: William and Rachel Irwin, who were living in Cool Springs, Mercer Co. 1850. (He died 1854) I am wanting to know where he lived (prob. Northumberland Co.) before moving to Mercer in 1841. Unfortunately, I have not found deeds telling me where he came from. I have information on his descendants which I will be happy to share with others. Also I am seeking information on the Alexander family. William Irwin's dau in law, Rebecca Alexander Irwin (was married to Richard Irwin, Borough of Mercer, Nov. 1846) Rebecca was dau of either William or Elias Alexander and I'd like to know which.
