Greetings! I'm a beginning browser but have been working on the McQuiston genealogy for several years. I know my McQuiston ancestors lived in Jefferson County, but since there are so many McQ's in Venango county I'm wondering about some connections. To that end I would like to be in touch with someone who could inform me about the McQuiston Reunion held every July 4 in Sandy Creek. (My husband grew up in Jamestown and thus knows the area, and he tells me Sandy Creek, at least as he remembers it, is small and probably anyMcQuiston would know something about the get-together.
