have been on AOL forever and have not had any problems getting to the site. I had version 4.0 and just upgraded to 5.0. Both work great. If anybody is having trouble you might try closing down all our programs, running your SCAN DISC with fix errors automatically checked. After that purge your temp Internet caches and than run a defrag. Restart your computer and try going to the site. Best regards, Walt
