Roberta, It is my husband's ARTMAN line that I am tracing. His gr. gr. gr. grandmother is Anna Artman married to Jacob Richards. I believe her mother was Catherine A. married to an ARTMAN. ANNA2 ARTMAN (UNKNOWN1) was born Abt. 1812 in PA, and died November 1870 in West Salem Twp., Mercer Co., PA. She married JACOB RICHARDS Abt. 1833 in PA. He was born September 18, 1804 in Westmoreland Co., PA, and died May 25, 1868 in Worth Twp., Mercer Co., PA. Anna & Jacob had 8 children - (two of whom also married ARTMANs - son, Abraham Richards m. Hannah ARTMAN and daughter, Elizabeth Richards m. John S. ARTMAN) My husband descends through their son Jacob A.Richards and his son James and James son, Albert ARTMAN Richards. As you can see I have very little ARTMAN information - I'm hoping to get more and get this line unraveled - I've been stuck here for quite a while! Any help will be greatly appreciated! Linda
