Doug, My Frye's are my brick wall. I have the following info.: John Frye b. abt 1865 m. Ella Nichols b. 1867 Know nothing about John Frye .... wife Ella Nichols had 2 daughters, Mary Belle, b. 1880 Sperryville, Va. and Josephine "Josie" b. 1882 John and Ella had 5 boys: John Sr. b. 1884 William "Bud" b. 1889 Elmer b. 1892 Charles b. 1898 Edward b 1904 Ella married 3rd time to Edgar Coy (they had no issue), but he helped her raise the above named boys.
