Kim, My ancestor, William Stewart, had a brother named Charles. William was born in County Donegal, Ireland in 1738 and came to America with his mother, Rebecca Galbraith Stewart, in 1745. William's siblings were Charles, Robert, Frances and Margaret (also my ancestor). The dates would fit and the names are familiar. JOHN STEWART's parents were CHARLES STEWART & FRANCIS STOCKTON. They lived in Hubbard, Ohio, CHARLES is buried in the Old North Cemetery, just as you enter Hubbard from Rt. 62 on the right hand side. Charles & Francis came to Ohio about 1810-1811 from Westmoreland, Co. PA. Her is the infor on one of his son's he had 12 children. I am looking for info on others, but will start with this son.
