I have every reason to believe that you are looking for William Webst er and Roxie Ann Hill from Connecticutt. They were the parents of John Webster who married Sarah Maitland in Venango Co ., Pa. John and Sarah moved to Hickory Twp. before 1850. They had William, Roxieann, Armilla (by census), Andrew, Miranda, Sylvester, and James Lochester (twins). Your Sylvester and Sarah had a son John, born about 1871 in Mercer Co. His siblings are listed as Frank, Maude, Blanch, and George by 1880. I am looking at the Maitland line from Venango Co. Sarah was the daughter of Andrew Maitland and Margaret Cameron. Andrew's second wife was Rachel Henry, my ggggrandfather's sister. Rachel was married at least twice before she married Andrew Maitland, first to William Elliott, then to Edward Fowles. She had daughters by both men, but no children known by Andrew.
