I am looking for a connection to the surname Clark. My line of BEGGS have used Clark as a middle name for several of their children. They were in Mercer county in the early 1800's until 1857. Does anyone have any ideas how they may be related? Using a mother's maiden name was common as a middle name for her children in those days.
