In 1840 in Mercer Co census there was a female M. Wallace 90 - 100. I think it was Mahoning Twp(later to become Pulaski).Before her in the census was William Wallace and family. I believe he was her youngest son. In 1830 William had a female living in his household 80 - 90. I am only guessing that she was the wife of Hugh Wallace 1742 - 1820 buried in the Plain Grove Cemetery. Wm died in 1871 at age 81. Elizabeth Wallace Armstrong (sister to William) lived to be 100 and was written up in the New Castle News in 1888.Any help on these Wallaces would be appreciated. Robert Wallace another brother was alive in 1856 or 1857 when he signed a deed. He was born in 1775 so would be 82, but I can find nothing to say when or where he died. He was my GGG grandfather.
