Hi Fran, If you find the above info please let me know your source. My experience with the records in New Castle hasn't produced much of anything re I&N info. Many of their records were lost in fires or floods and what was left wasn't taken care of very well. . I've been looking for my g.grf's I&N for years and haven't been able to find it, not even his death certificate of 1902 at the court house.
