Jeri, I don't know the answer to your question, but maybe you can help me with my Linn line, about which I know very little. My ancestor was Mary Linn. In 1861 she married Oliver Caldwell. The Mercer County history states that Mary's father was David Linn, but I know nothing about him or Mary. Might this tie into your Linn line? Is this the same David about which you inquired? Thanks in advance for any information about the Linns! Steve, I saved your email, just in case our paths should cross again. In my research, I ran across a site that has Mary Linn married to Oliver Caldwell. Try this http://www.geocities.com/b52milk/Nathan4.html Mary is listed as number 252, I hope this helps.
