Perhaps that is a different Mary Uber? The Nathaniel Cary mentioned in your note is the grandfather of the Nathaniel Carey mentioned in my query. Yes, the elder Nathaniel was from New England, Connecticut I believe, and I also believe that he married Isabella McClintock. They settled in Venango County, PA. Thanks!
