the Pa vital statistic is in New Castle Pa. the cost is $3.oo for a death certificate you have to send a copy of a Photo I.D. like your driver license. with you current address on it. I am sorry I can't give the exact address for the records office since I have packed my book away The Mercer County Genealogy society in Sharon PA could problably send you a copy of her obit since you have the date of death.
