The problem is that Rootsweb list server that takes care of the Mercer List - as well as Beaver, Crawford and many other PA lists - has been down. I can sympathize, it's a big chore gettting it back up and running. So, the mail has been non-existant on the Mercer list, as well as many others. (We never know how much we appreciate something, till it's not there.***) You can read past mail - mail you might have missed - in the archives at: http://archiver.rootsweb.com/th/index/PAMERCER/2004-11 By the way, book mark the archives section: http://archiver.rootsweb.com/th/index/PAMERCER/ Anytime you think mail is slow (which actually, it varies by the season) - or you think you've been unsubscribed by mistake - just take a look at the archives - and see if you recognize the messages. I do this, because - even as list admin - the automatic system unsubscribed me at one point! Teri ***Now as a side note, let me apply this to great aunts and uncles and grandparents. If you've got them, appreciate them. Talk to them. Find out stuff from them. Push those family photos on them until they chase you off. (Thank you, Aunt Vera, who identified everyone who was unknown in the family photos before her untimely passing!) I lost a whole generation - my grandmothers - inside of 14 months. One day they were all there, then all of them were gone. ----- Original Message ----- From: <OLeoghain@aol.com> To: <PAMERCER-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, November 20, 2004 5:53 PM Subject: [PAMERCER] I have not been getting messages either.
